Remove default values

Fix ArduinoOTA library installation instruction

Latest compiler/toolchain doesn't seem to like them.

Update Software_Installation.md

I made the name of the .ino file a bit more expicit because initially I made a big mistake there and wanted to prevent others from making that same mistake.
Also you mixed up the Parameters for DeskLamp and Nanoleaf.
