Nextcloud Docker image

This is a docker image, which contains a nextcloud. Fort this image to use I recommend to set up a PostgresSQL database server. After Setup is complete, please change the background job type in settings->Basic settings to Cron. Default the PHP memory limit is set to 1GB and the upload max file size to 512GB
